Being Soul Jazz, not only do you get 34 tracks which extend beyond the recognition of those with a cursorary appreciation of the travails of John Shaft or Tarantino soundtracks, you also get a lovingly presented 100 page booklet which charts the rise of this heavily politicised cinematic genre and the amazing music that sound tracked it.
