Metronomy are back, though Gabriel has departed to concentrate on the forthcoming surfpop revival and hopefully he’s taken the Lancashire dogging artwork ideas with him.
Metronomy’s new EP Not Made For Love/Do The Right Thing sadly does not contain a wonky pop rendition of Redhead Kingpin but does come packed with awesome remixes from Jim Bazouka, Leo Zero (him again!) Wild Geese, Ebola and Astronomer.
Wrap your inner ear around the Astronomer effort, which along with recent remixes for The xx and Clouded Vision mark him out as one for the future.
