Matériel Design Magazine is an image-driven design mag that features an eclectic mix of photography, illustration, and artwork created by emerging visual artists. The magazine has set out to take the pretension out of design and treat it as an ongoing conversation much like the creative process. “Something to inspire, to share with others, and then toss away to make way for a new idea.”

The magazine features a visual feast of typography from the Chicago based artist Michael Freimuth, where he currently resides as editor & co-creative director.
