Sometimes it feels like there are certain bands that we just bang on and on about. A case in point being The Chap. Whilst I’d love to say it was because each month a suitcase arrives stuffed with cash it’s really just because they are head and fucking shoulders above 90% of all other bands that have existed ever.
Please let me now draw your attention to the wonderful video for the equally wonderful ‘We Work in Bars’ just one of a number of top pop picks you can find on their most recent chart botherering album ‘Well Done Europe‘.
I can’t say I like the video, but the track is exceptional, I’ve only taken the time to listen to 1-2 other songs of theirs but I have to say now I’ll be grabbing their latest album and giving it a go. Thanks Slutty.
they’re a great band, bit of an acquired taste perhaps, but once you’ve got into them you’re hooked.
i keep meaning to put together a kind of greatest hits from their albums.
