Tony Poland

tonyThe questionable brains behind Slutty Fringe, Tony Poland can be found most days savouring the finest rums, championing the acting qualities of Jerry Stiller, using big words and perfecting his pout.

He has maintained a drunken presence behind the decks of London’s most interesting nightclubs for a good few years now and somehow managed to play records alongside the likes of Sinden, Trevor Loveys, JoJo De Freq, Allez Allez, Justeece, Little Boots and Simian Mobile Disco despite having trouble working out how to use CDJs.

John Power Jr.

johnResident DJ at The Last Days of Disco, Be @ Proud, Milky Disco and for Slutty Fringe. John’s curious career has taken in stints running a record shop, promoting parties for the likes of Warp Records, Tigersushi, Rephlex and Lo Recordings, travelling up and down the country in the back of a van as the DJ for a, shall remain nameless, big beat act, and warming up for everyone from Aphex Twin in a disused tube station to Roots Manuva at Koko.

When not spilling rum down himself in clubs John can be found writing for the likes of Kultureflash, LeCool and Dummy or playing on his Xbox in New Cross where he lives with 1 girl and 2 cats.

Stem Design

smileyDesigner of all things Slutty and Hot Pockets related, Emma Cooke runs graphic design agency Stem Design. When not working for other clients such as Roundhouse, Be, Boom Boom Club, Finders Keepers, Southbank Centre and Young Vic, Emma can be found obsessively checking Etsy for new animal related arts & crafts or trying to think of a name for her another blog as craftpunk.com is taken (all suggestions, including bad puns, welcome)…

James Kirkup

jamesProduced in Brighton, bred (for the last 3 years) in London. James is responsible for the artwork of Bloc Party, Justice, Off Modern, South East in East, Jumeaux to name but a few. According to some “the young prodigy of the London music design scene”, according to others just another drunkard music/design type.

When not hidden in the studio with a warm stella James can be found at his home in Brixton, screaming at football results and spending all his money on fancy note pads.

Tom Medwell

tomAn acolyte of Total Photography, Tom has seen it all before, and has the pictures and scars to prove it.  Equally unphased by high-end fashion sets, testosterone-fuelled wrestlers, grimy warehouses and back alley punk brawls, outside work he leads a monk-like existence, subsisting on noodles and lucozade. If you see him out and about, stop and say hello.
